This night plan provides subscribers with an amazing 500MB for just N25, 125MB, and 250MB. This package is valid from 12 AM to 4 am every night.
The only side effect is that you cannot subscribe twice per night. Unlike the Airtel Night plan, where you can subscribe unlimitedly per night.

MTN 125MB and 250MB
There are lots of MTN night plans available for subscribers. The network offers 125MB and 250MB as their night plan data bonus and it is available for all subscribers in this network. Take note that the 125MB costs N25, while the 250MB costs N50.
How to Subscribe to MTN Night Plan
• Just like every package that falls within this category, anyone interested in this night plan must be on the MTN Pulse package. If you’re not on this plan, simply migrate to MTN Pulse package by dialing *406# or sending 406 to 131.
Take note that you need a minimum of N50 in your phone to activate this package.
There are two methods you can use to activate the night tariff plan., which are through SMS and USSD codes.
SMS: Simply text NIGHT to 131 to enjoy this package.
USSD: Or you can dial *406# choose 4 to activate any plan of your choice.
You will be able to subscribe to any of the Pulse Nightlife bundles multiple times per night, but NOT more than 500MB in a day.
The MTN 125MB nightlife bundles plan can be activated four times in a night, 125MB + 125MB + 125MB + 125MB = 500MB.
However, the 250MB plan can only be activated twice, 250MB + 250MB = 500MB.
Fair usage policy applies to 500MB and the Nightlife plan is only activated from 12 am – 5 am.
Please take note that your MTN sim card must be on the MTN Pulse tariff plan before this will work. If you’re not sure whether you’re on MTN Pulse, you can check which plan you’re in.
How to Check My MTN Tariff Plan
Checking which Tariff plan you’re in, is very easy on MTN Nigeria network. Just dial *123# to confirm which plan you are on. If you’re on the Pulse tariff, then you can continue.
However, for those not on the MTN Pulse tariff plan, simply dial *406# to migrate to MTN Pulse plan.
How To Activate MTN 500MB for N25
Before this will work, please ensure that you have a minimum of N30 in your smartphone.
» Send NIGHT to 131 via SMS and you’ll get a similar message to the one shown below;
“Dear customer, you have successfully subscribed to Free Night Browsing between 00:00 and 04:00. N25 has been deducted from your account.”
IMPORTANT TIP:
This MTN Night plan works on every SIMcard. But the only limitation is that ONE sim card is only entitled to a one-time activation per night. However, for those who have more than one MTN sim card, you can get as much as 2GB at the cheap price of N100 with 4 different MTN sim cards.
Validity Time
Don’t forget that the Validity period of this package is during the night. This plan is usable only within 12 am – 4 am.
