The only difference between the 32/64GB Tab s2 is their Internal memory space and their prices. However, since the 64GB of internal Memory is costlier than the 32GB, you can purchase the cheaper one and increase/expand the memory, using a microSD card.
You can upgrade and expand the memory up to 256GB using a MicroSD card.
